As of Monday, September 20, 2021, Sunalta Community Association has implemented the
Restrictions Exemption Program.
Ages 12 and older must provide the following at the time of entry:
Valid photo identification that matches the vaccine record (only required for anyone 12 years and over)
Everyone must provide one of the following:
- Valid paper or digital vaccine record that shows name, vaccine type and date of administration
- Proof of a negative privately-paid test result taken within the prior 72 hours of the event
- An original medical exemption letter
Please stay home if you are sick or feeling unwell. Please follow AHS guidelines if you have symptoms, feel ill or have been in close contact with someone with COVID.
