* Events exceeding 8 hours or events requiring additional set up and take down time need to be requested and approved at time of booking
* Any events booked on Friday or Saturday evenings will be charged the flat rate (5PM on wards).
* For weekly pricing please request directly Hallrentals@sunalta.net.
* Parties over 75 persons will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $75 for floor cleaning.
* Note there is a 10% admin booking fee for each rental.
* To qualify for the SCA Resident Member pricing you need to have a current membership at the SCA AND live within the boundary of the Sunalta neighbourhood
