About the event
This is one of Sunalta's Resident-led Programs, supported by the City of Calgary's Neighbourhood Grant Initiative.
Dive in with us as we explore sound through singing bowls. Learning where they come from and how to use them in your daily life through sound meditation.
You will receive your own sound bowl and learn how to play it. We’ll explore gentle movement practice to ground you into your body and prepare for our sound bath with crystals, bringing you on a vibrational journey.
