Why are you Fundraising?
We build community.
Our Mission: we build opportunities for the community to thrive by creating space for residents to be leaders, mobilizing community assets, building innovative partnerships and generating revenue to invest into the community.
And that costs money. The more money we can raise and have access to the greater the impact we can have in achieving our mission and impacting our community.
What is my donation going towards?
We are building a Community Hub to fund and deliver programming for Calgarians. It will be a purpose-built facility that includes a commercial kitchen (that we are currently still fundraising for) , coffee shop (where you can donate to here), and programming spaces.
The Hub is a social enterprise, with the income it generates going back into the community – allowing us to continue offering events, programs, and services.
Your donations will help us offer free events and programs and services.
